the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as subsequently a.mended.
together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the Co~on
F.lements of said Condominium as set forth in the Declaration. This conveyance is sub~ect
to the follo~ing:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1985 and subsequent years.
2. Existing zoning ordinances and regulations, conditions, restrictions, reservationa,
limitations aad easements of record and/or existing zoning ordinances and regulations,
canditions, restrictione, reservations, limitations aad easements of record described in
the Declaration of Condominium, if any. ~
3. The Declaration of Condominium as it may be amended by its terms, and Exhibits
attached thereto, including vithout limitation the Articles of Incarporation and By-Laws of
Midport Place II Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
4. The Z~iaster Declaration as it may be amended by its terms, and Ezhibits attached
thereto, including without limitation the Articles Qf Incorporation and By-Laws of tiidport
Place Master Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
All =onditions, restrictioas, limitations, right-of-way common to the subdivision and
utility and drainage easements of record co~non to'or reserved in the subdivision plat or
which may be place of record by Sponsor prior to the closing of this transaction;
6. An Easement granted to Florida Power and Light Company, dated Ma}~ 17, 1965 and
recorded ia Official Records Book 118, Page 332 of the Public Records of Brevard County.
