1. Tages and assessments for the year 1985 and subsequent years.
2. Existing zoning ordinances and regulations, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easements of record and/or existing zoning ordinances and regulatioas,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements of record described in
the Declaration of Condominium, if any.
3. The Declaration of Condominium as it may be amended bq its terms, and Exhibits
attached thereto, including without limitation the Articles of Incorporation and By-Lavs of
Midport Place II Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
4. The Master Declaration as it may be amended by its terma, and Eahibita attached
thereto, including without limitation the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of Hidport
~lace Master Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
5. All conditiona, restrictions, limitations, right-of-way common to the subdivision and
utility and drainage easements of record co~on to~or reserved in the subdivision plat or
which may be place of record by Sponsor prior to the closing of this transaction;
6. An Easement granted to Florida Power and Light Companq, dated May 17, 1965 and
recorded in Official Re~ords Book 118, Page 332 of the Public Records of Brevard County.

The benefits and abligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the heirs,
