DEFAULT FINAL JUDGMENT OF FOR~'EITURE
THIS CAUSE having come on for consideration on the Petition
for Rule to Show Cause and for Final Order of Forfeiture, and the
Court having reviewed the Petition filed by the Department of
Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and the exhibits attached
thereto, and upon submission of Motion for Default and Default
Order entered by the Court against Respondent, SHERMAN LEE SPANN,

and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the property which is the subject
vf this action, i.e., $3,932.00 in United States Currency, is
forfeited to the State of FLorida, Department of Aighway Safety
and Motor Vehicles, Division of Florida Highway Patrol, for thQ
use of the Department, pursuant to Sections 932.701-932.704,
Florida Statutes. It is further ordered that the Department
shall recover costs as provided in Section 932.704, Florida
Statutes.
