ORDER
This cause came before the Court on November 20, 1985, on
the Plaintiff's Motion To Compel Production of Documents, Objections
to Request for Admissions, Motion to Compel Attendance at Depositions
of Williard Mays and William Marvin Jenkins, Motion to Compel
Interrogatories, Motion for Protective Order and on the Defendants'
Motion for Protective Order and being fully advised in the premises,
it is hereby,
ORDERED AND AD~TUDGED that:

1. Defendants shall appear for a deposition in Okeechobee, ;
Okeechobee County, Florida, on December 4, 1985.
2. That a certif~ed copy of the insurance policy will be
i provided to the Plaintiff within three weeks of the date of this Order.
; 3. The Defendant, William Marvin Jenkins, will provide better
~
~ answers to Interrogatories numbered 12 and 16 prior to the date of the
i
~ aforesaid deposition.
~ 4. The Defendant, Williard Mays will provide better answers
to Interrogatory number 3 prior to the date of the aforesaid deposition.
5. That the Defendant, Jenkins will provide items 2 and 3 in
the Request to Produce within three weeks of the date of this Order.
6. The Defendant, Jenkins will provide item 1(tax returns and
~ W-2 forms), for in camera inspection by this Court to determine whether
~
~ or not said items are discoverable by the Plaintiff.
