ORDER
This cause came on to be heard before this Court on the
19th day of November, 1985 upon the Motion to Dismiss and
the Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative to Strike, Claim
for Punitive Damages, filed herein by the Defendant, K. P.
INDUSTRIES, INC. The Court having considered said motions,
the argument of counsel, and being otherwise duly advised in
the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss and the
Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative to Strike, Claim for
Punitive Damages, be, and the same are hereby denied, and the
Defendants shall have 20 days from the date of this Order
within which to answer the Plaintiff s' Amended Complaint.
Done and Ordered in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this day of November, 1985.
