AGREED ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard upon stipulation between
counsel for the plaintiff and defendant, CARROLL COLLINS, and
the Court having considered same and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Complaint herein filed may be amended to include
additional causes of action against defendant, CARROLL COLLINS.

; 2. The reply herein filed as to the Affirmative Defenses

C raised by Carroll Collins- may be am~ended.
3. Plaintiff shall have an additional thirty (30) day5 from
the date of this Order to file its Amended Complaint and Amended
Reply. Thereafter, defendant, CARROLL COLLINS, shall have twenty
(20) days thereafter to file his Answer or othe.rwise plead to th~e
Amended Complaint.
