MINIUM I, INC., doss hereby acknowledqe payment in full undez
those certain Claims of Lien, recorded in Official Records Book
453, Page 635, and Offcial Records Book 465, Page 2425, both of
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, dated December 28,
1984, and May 29, 1985, respectively, against TURTLE RE$F ASSO-
CIATES, INC., a Florida corporation, for unpaid assessments ~nd
interest thereof, toqether with a reasonable attorney's fee,
incurred on the followinq described real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Unit Weeks 20 and 23, in Apartment D-5, Unit Weeks 23 and
44, in Apartment D-11, Unit Week 7, in Apartment D-22,
Unit Week 45 in Apartment D-23, Unit Week 20 in Apartment
D-11, Unit Week 31 in Apartment D-6, Unit Week 50 in
Apartment D-6, Unit Week 51 in Apartment D-27 and Unit
Week 45, Apartment D-3, and their uadivided share of the
common elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums I, as such is
described in the Amended Master Form Deed as recorded in
Official Records Book 256, paqe 235, St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records.
And the undersiqned does hereby consent that the same
shall be satisfied of record.
