15th day of July, 1981, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, in Official Records Book 359, Paqe 2127, mortqaqed.unto
CANADIAN IMPERZAL BANK OF COMMERCE, Atlanta Agency, and assiqns, ~
mort_qaqee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure ~
the payment of the sum of TWENTY-TWO MILLION ($22,000,000.00) . ~
DOLLARS, with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHFREAS, THE HOLLIN~SWbRTH PARTNERSRIP has requested
the said CANADIAN IMPFRIAL BANR OF C~MMERCE, Atlanta Agency, to
release the premises hereinaf ter described, beinq part of said
mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, TREREFORE, RNOW YE, That the said CANADIAN IMPERIAL
BANR OF COMMERCE, Atlanta Aqency for good and valuable
consideration paid thereunto by THE HOLLINGSWORTH PARTNERSHIP, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknos~ledqed, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of
said mortgaqe, unto the said THE HOLLINGSWORTH PARTNERSHIP, its
heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land being a
part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Unit No. 933 of ISLAND DUNES CONDOMINIUM
A, according
to`the Declaration of Condominium
thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 400,
Paqe 2021, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with all appurtenan-
ces thereto, includinq an undivided interest
in the common elements of the said Condor~inium
as set forth in the Declaration thereof,
toqether with the exclusive use of Farkinq
Space No. 933 , and Liquor Rin No. 933 .
TO HAVF AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the said THE HOLLINGSWORTH PARTNERSHIP, its heirs and assiqns
forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of
said mortqaqe, and every part thereof; Provided always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise
impair, alter or diminish the ef fect, lien or incumbrance of the
aforesaid Mortqaqe on the remaininq part of said mortqaqed
premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the riqhts and
remedies of the holder thereof.

COMMERCE, Atlanta Agency, has caused these presents to be executed
in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunder affixed, by
