further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provieions.
The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions= the
Grantee acknowledgea and agreea that all of said provisions are
reasonable, fair and equitablej the Grantee hereby impresses a
lien upon the land and real property deecribed above, as aecurity
for his obligationB, as described in safd Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibitsf and the Grantee acknowledges and
agreea that said Declaration of Condoa~iniu~a and its exhibits, the
Pur.chase Agreement executed by the Grantor and the Grantee and th•
Acknowledgment signed by the Grante~ contain all of the war-
ranties, representationa and inducements concerning the purchaee
by the Grantee of the land and real proeprty described above.
