MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this ~5 day of November, 1985, by ~
and betw~en GREGORIO MENDOZA, a single adult, hereinafter
referred to as "Mortgagor", and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a
Florida banking corporation with its principal place of business
at 111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter
referred to as "Mortgagee."
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHERAS, on the 14th day of December, 1983, Mortgagor
borrowed from Mortgagee the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Eight
Thousand (~158,000.00) Dollars, and executed and delivered to
Mortgagee his promissory note for said amount payable on or
before September 1, 1994, and bearing interest at the rate of 13~
per annum; and
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
One Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand ($158,000.00) Dollar promissory
note is secured by a first mortgage given by Mortgagor to

recorded on December 19, 1984 in Official Record Book 419 at Page
t391 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
