payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
promissory note and mortgaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree
as follows:
1. Mortgagor represents and warrants that he is the owner
of the above described real property and that there are no liens
or encumbrances against said property ather than the
aforementioned mortgage and real estate taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 1984.
2. The current principal balance of the indebtedness
~ evidenced by the aforementioned promissory note is in the amount
of One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Z~aenty ($156,020.10? Dollars
and 10/100, and accrued interest on said indebtedness has been
paid through October 31, 1985.
3. The indebtedness evidenced by the above described
promissory note shall bear interest from November 1, 1985 at the
rate of 12$ per annum and shall be payable in 105 consecutive
monthly installments in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred
Forty-One ($1,741.90) Dollars and 90/100 each, with the first
such installment due on December 1, 1985, and payment in full of
the then outstanding principal balance and accrued interest shall
; be due and payable on September 1, 1994. Each such installment

i shall first be applied to payment of accrued interest and then to
~ principal.

~ 4. As hereby modified, all terms and conditions of the

aforementioned promissory note and mortgage are hereby ratified,
~ confirmed and approved.

5. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impair the
= security of mortgagee under the aformentioned mortgage.
