PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the person and
property of Jonathan Edgar Platts, i~competent, alleges:
1. The need.for the cantinuation of this guardianship
no longer exists by reason of the fact that the ward reached ~
his marjority on September 20, 1985.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing
a full and correct acount of all receipts and disbursements of
all the ward's property of which petitioner has control since the
last return filed herein, if any, or from the commencement of the
administration of this guardianship if no prior return has been
filed, which return includes a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that notice hereof will be
served upon tne following:
