WHEREAS, Frances Katz, of St. Lucie County, Florida, died
on October 29, 1985 owning assets in the State of Florida, and
WHEREAS, Rhoda Dolobowsky has been appointed Personal
Representative of the estate of the decedent and has performed
alZ acts prerequisite to issuance of letters of administration
in the estate,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, declare
Rhoda Dolobowsky to be duly qualif ied under the laws of 4he
State of Florida to act as Personal Representative of the Estate
of Frances Katz, deceased, with full power to administer the
estate according to Zaw; to ask, demand, sue for, recov~r and
receive the property of the decedent; to pay the debts of the ~
decedent as far as the assets of the estate will per2nit and the
law directs; and to make distriY~ution of the estate accarding to
law.
