ARTICLE VI. D ~
I nomin~te, ccnstitvte and appoint my wife, ETHEL C. SCHOOS,
as Personal Representative of tihis my Last Will and~Testament. In
the event that my said wife sh~ii have predecezsed me or if for any
reason should fail. or refuse to qualify as Pe3sonal Representative
h~reunder, or if havirig qualified, she should thereafter die or ~
resign, then, in such event, I appoint my said wife's brother,
CAI~L N. CAPELLA, of Pompano Beach, Florida, as successor Personal
Representative hereunder. I direct that my Personal Representative
shall not be required to furnish bond in this or any other
jurisdiction.
I give my Personal Representative power, without authorization
of any court, to invest in bonds, st~~~ks, notes or other property,
~ease, borrow with or without security £rom any lender including _
a personal representative hereunder individually, sell or exchange
all or any part of my estate, real or personal, for such prices and
upon such terms as my Personal Representative deer~s proper; to '
compromise, contest, prosecute or abandon claims in favor of or
against my estate; to make division or distribution of my estate
in undivided interests or wholly or partly in kind; to deal with
the fi3uciary of any trust or estate in which any beneficiary
under the Will has an interest, though a perso~ial representative
hereunder is such fiduciary; and to execute and deliver necessary
instruments and give full receipts and discharges.
ARTICLE VII. ~
This, my Last Will and Testament, shaZl be construe~ and
governed in all respects, anrl the validity and effect and the
rights of beneficiaries, the Personal Representatives and.their
~uccessors, shall at all times be det~rmined and interpreted
pursuant to the Laws of the State ~f Florida, in which state I ~
have mv domicile. .
