DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE
WI~EREAS, on January il, 1971, Ralph ri~~h, Trustee,
~ executed and delivered to Lucille V. Costa, a certain Mortgage
Deed covering premises situate in St. Lucie County, in the
State of Florida, more particularly described hereafter, which
mortgage was recorded on January 15, 1971 in O.R. Book 189, at
Pa~ge 1563, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Luci~ County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Lucille V. Costa, joined by her husba;~d,
George A. Costa, on January 8, 1974, executed and delivered to
the Garden State Nati8nal Bank, an Assignment of the Mortgage
aforesaid, which Mortgage Assignment was recorded on January 21, ,
1974 in O.R. Book 222, at Page 2958, in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie C~unty, Flor~da; and
WHEREAS, Lucille V. Costa and George A. Costa
ent~red into a certain "Modificat~on, Consolidation and Extensio

of Mortgages Agreement," dated November 9, 1978 and recorded
Noveinber 20, 1978 in O.R. Book 3b8., at Page 1124 in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida; ~

~ WHEREAS, the Promissory Note and/or obligations,
the Mortgage, the Assignment of Mortgage and the Modification,
Consolidation and Extension of Mortgage Agr~ement as aforemen-
tioned have been paid in full and otherwis~ satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that Garden State National Ban}:, 1?0 Main Street, Hackensack,
~ New Jerse~, 07601, a corporation organized under the laws of the
~ ~ United St~~~~ o~ Ameri~a, as the holder, by way of assignment,

~ , of a certain Mortgage given to Lucille V. Costa and George A.
Costa, all as aforementioned, does hereby ackn~wledge that it
has received full payment and satisfacticn of the indebtedness
