WHER~.~iS, CITICORP REAL SSTA~E, INC., bi Delgk3ie cor~or~etion ("Nortgagee"),
is the owner and hoZder of the follos~ing mortgage and security interests given
by DIXON TiC~::B~ROG~. COMPA1~lY, a DelaWare corporation ("Nortgagor"):
Norzgage ar_~ S?curity Agreement dated Narch 8, 1984 and
recorded MarCh 9, 1g84 in Official !?e~cr~4 9~~k 6Z5 at
Page 2673; and Uniform Coromercial ~ode Financing~ State-
ment r~corded in Official Records Book 42S at Page 2700,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (together,
the "Nortgage"); and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to release certain property
hereinafter described from the lien and operation of the Kartgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release and discharge from the lien
and operation of the Mortgage unto Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of tne pr~perty encumbered thereby more particularZy described !
as follows; '
