B. LOAN CHARGES
It eould be that ttu loan securcd by the Security Instrument is subject to a law which setc maximatn loan charges and

Q TItANSFER OF THE PROPF1rTY
If there is a transfer af the Properry subject to paragraph 17 of the Security lastnuneat, Lender may r+equir~ _p) an in-
crease in the curnent Note intorest rate, or (2) an inerease in (or remo~val o~ the limit on the amount of atry one interest rate
change (if ~hecz is a limit), or (3) a change in the Base Index figure, or all of these, as a eonctition of Lender's waiving the
option to acxlerate as pmvided in paragraph 17.
E. GOWERMNG LAW -
The Note and Security Instrument are to be construed and enforc~ in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida
and ths law and regulations of the United States of America. In the e~rent of conflict between Florida law and the laws and ~
~egulations of the U~:ted State.c of America, t4~en in such event the law and regulations of the Unioed S~tes af America shall gc~vem. ~
