THIS CAUSE having c~ne on for Hearing bafore this Court,
and a Default having been previously entered again~t the Defen-
dant, ROBERT W. PADRICR, and an Affidavit having been filed by ~
the Plaintiff, and upon the showinq of the original Promissory
Note, and the Court being otherwise fu~ly advised in the premises
herein,
The Court finds therefrom that this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties hereto and the subject matter of this suit; ~urther~
that there is now due, owing and ur~paid to the Plai~tiff from the
Defendant, ROBERT W. PADRICR, the following amounts:

Interest through 12/11/85 30 045.49

WHEREUPON, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
of the subject matter of this suit.

been proven by competent evidence, and that tk~ere is now due and
~ awing to the Plaintiff fYom the Defendant, ROBERT W. PADRICK, on
the Mortgage indebtedness described in the Complaint, the sum of
$lO5,A45.49 incl.ur~ing interest through December 11, 1J85, plus
$91.50 Court~costs, and ar. attorney's fee of ~ 3,250.00 ,
making a total of $ 1Q8,386.99 due to the Plain~iff.
