4. That a lien is held by the P~sinti~f ~or the swa sve-
cified in the precedinq paraqraph, sup~rior in diqni~cy to any
riqht, ti}2e, interest or c~aim of the Defendants in the above-
styled caus~ upon the follawinq described property, to-wit:
An undivided one-half interest in and to the
followinq described prope~ty:
- Lot S, less the West 325 feet to F~'C RR, C.T.
McCARTY'S SUBDI~ISION, and the N~rth $0 feet
of Lot 3, e~~Q~*_ RR, beinq in Section 23,
Township 33-5outh, Ranqe 40 $ast.
5. If the aforesaid total sum due to the Plaintiff, and
all costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of
this Judgmer~~ are not farthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall
sell that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale
on the _31st day of January , 1986 , at 11:40
o'clock a.m., a 3ay not less than twenty (20 ) days
after the date of the Judgment, to the highest and best bidder or
bidders for cash at the East door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse,
in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after havinq first given notice as
required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
' 6. The Plaintiff shall advance the cost of publication
of the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and
~ shall be reimbursed therefore by the Clerk out of the proceeds of

~ 7. The Plaintiff may be a bidder for the purchase of the

~ as may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the Plaintiff, except
