9. [T~on confirmatit~~ of the sala whether confirmation b~
by tt~e Clerk ~il~nq the Certi£icate of 'Title or by Order of this
Court rulinq upnn obje~tions of that~sale, the Clerk shall make
distri~ution of t~e proceeds of this sale by payxng:
(a) A~1 cost~ and expense~ of these groceedings subsequent
to the entry of this Final Judgment, includinq the costs of gub-
lishinq the N~tice of Sale and Clexk's fee for r«kinq said sale
(unless the Flaintiff, having alr~ady paid for those two ~tems of
cost, shal~ be the purct~aser at sairi sale), and far the her~inabove
stated attorney's fees allow~d to attorneys for th~ Plaintiff.
(bl The remaining amoun~ts due the Plaintiff with interest
thereon as provided by Statut~ from the date hereof through the
date of sale.
1t1: Should there by surplus after the payment above specified,
it,st~a~l be paid into the Registry of the Court. Should there be
a deficiency, the Clerk shall~report the amount thereaf to the Court,
and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a Deficiency
Judgment in behalf of the Plaintiff, in the event such deficiency
should arise as a result of said aforementioned sale.
11. U~aon confirmation of the sale, the Defendants and all
persons claiming by and throuqh the Defendants, or any of them, are
several~y barred, and foreclosed of and from any right, title,
interest, claim or demand in or to sai3 property, and the purchaser
at the sale, its agents and assigns, shall be•let into possession of
said property without deiay. _
12. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to settle
all other questions that this Court has jurisdiction to settle under
the Complaint in wi~-~.ch tn~ proceedings therein had not sett~ed by
t,`~is or previous Judgments or Orders in this cause, as the Court shail
deem proper in equi~,~ and as the circumstances of this cause may
require.
