the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, in Official Records Book 359, Page 2127, mortqaged unto

mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure

quit-claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of

heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land being a
