The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty
Deed .acknowledges that this conveyance is sub~ect to the
provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described above,
includinq the provisions of all its exhibits. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions.
The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions; the
Grantee acknowledqes and agrees that all of said provisions are '
reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a
l,ien upon the land and real property described above, as security
for his obliqations, as described in said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledqes and
agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits, the
Purchase Aqreement executed by the Grantor and the Grantee and the
Acknowledgment signed by the Grantee contain all of the war-
ranties, representations and inducements concerning the purchase
by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantee has hereunto set his
