THIS SOHORDINATION OF MORTGAGE executed this 25th day of
~t~~r 1985 by AMERICAN PIONEER TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY ("American
Pioneer Title"). Witnesseth:

WSEREAS, on October 22, 1981 Delroy S. Brown and Christine D.
Brown executed and delivered a mortgage to Sun Bank of St. Luci~
County, N.A. ("Sun Bank") recorded November 4, 1981 in Official

tion 13, as recorded in Plat Hook 13, Pages 4, 4A through 4M, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (the "Real Estate"), ~
said mortgage being hereafter referred to as Mortgage I;
WSERFAS, Sun Hank assigned said Mortgage I to American Pioneer •
Title by assignment d t~~e 17th day oi August 1985 and recorded
on the 21st day of 1985 i Official Records Book 479 ,
Page 2730 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, American Pioneer Title desires to subordinate the lien
of Mortgage I to the lien,~of. a certain mortgage dated July 29, 1983
from Delroy S. Hrown and Christine D. Brown to First Union Savings
and Loan Association (thereafter known as First Fidelity Savings and
Loan Association and now, by name change, known as American Pioneer
Savings Bank) covering the Real Estate and recorded August 9, 1983
in Official Records Book 408, Page 892, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida as modified in Mortgage Modification And Extension
Agreement dated February 22, 1984 and recorded March 27, 1984 in
Official Records Book 427, Page 1112, Public Records of St. Lucie
, County, Florida (said mortgage and modification are hereafter
referred to as "Mortgage II").
NOW, THERF,.FORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, American Pioneer Title hereby covenants, consents and agrees '
as follows: '

1. The lien of Mortgage I is hereby made subject to and subordi-
nate to the lien of Mortgage II.
2. It is distinctly u~derstood that this instrument is not to be
held or construed as a release of the lien of Mortgage I, but
is solely for the purpose of subordinating the lien of Mortgage
I to the lien of Mortgage II.
3. This subordination shall be binding upon the undersigned and
its successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of
the holder of Mortgage II and its successors and assigns. '
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has hereunto executed this
