This proceeding was heard on the petition for discharge .
of the guardian of the person and property of Jonathan Edgar
Platts incompetent; notice of hearing on said petition having
been waived by all persons entitled to same, and the court being
satisfied that the guardian has faithfully discharged the duties
as such guardian, has rendered a complete and accurate final re-
turn, and has delivered the assets of the ward to the person en-
titled thereto; it is
ADJUDGED, that said guardian is discharged and the ,
surety on the guardian's bond, if any, is released from further
liability. ~
