7. Petitioner is unable to ascertain at the present time whether or

not thi8 estate will be required to file a federal estate tax return.

~ 8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence neither petitioner nor
any member of decedent's family have been,able to locate any unrevoked
wills or codicils of the decedent but have reason to believe that the
photocopy of a will previously filed in this eatate by Guy Bruni, Eequire
is a valid last will and teatament of the decedent.
Petitioner requests that he, ANTHONY RICHARD ZANELLO, JR., be
( appointed personal representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
