WHEREAS, satisfactory evidence has been presented to the Comptroller of
the Currency that all requisite legal and corporate action has been taken, irt accordance
with the statutes of fhe United States, for the merger of Pan American Bank of Sarasota,
Sarasota, Florida (Charter No.316882), into Sun Bank/Sarasota, National Association,
Sarasota, Florida (Charter No. 20982), effective October 1, 1985, under the charter and
title of "Sun Bank/Sarasota, National Association".
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby certified that such merger was approved
and is effective as of OctoDer 1, 1985.
