RELEASE FROM ASSUMPTION AGREEh1ENT
KNON ALl MEN BY THESE P~ESENTS, that SOUTHEAST BANK, N.A., FORT
PIERCE DOWNTONN BANKING CENTER, hereinafter referred to as "Bank", for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar (51.00) in hand paid, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, by ECONOMY PACKING COMPANY,
hereinafter referred to as "Econo~+", does hereby release any and all claims ,
demands, obligations, indebtedness it may have against EconortU? by virtue of an
Assumption Agreement dated November 20, 1985, recorded in 0. R. Book 483, Page
820, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, FTorida.
The intention of the 8ank herein is to release Econort~y from any
liability and obligation under said Assu~tion Agreement and the Mortgage
referred to therein; and not to release any other primary or secondary
obligors, assuming parties, guarantors, or endorsers upon the indebtedness
secured by the Mortgage referred to in the Assumption Agreement.

BANKING CENTER, has hereunto set its hand and seal this 20th day of December,
