PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE '74~p9£3
NHEREAS, CITICORP REAL ESTATE, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Mortgagee"),
is the ovc?er and holder of the folloWing moctgage and security interests given
by DIXON TICONDEROGA COl4PANY, a Delaaare corporation ("Hortgagor"):
Mor[gage and Security Agreement dated ~tarch 8, 1984 and
recorded Karch 9, 1984 in Official Records Book 425 at
Page 2673; aad Uniform Commercial Code Financing State-
ment recorded in Official Records Book 425 at Page 2700,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (together,
the "Mortgage"); and
f~IHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to release certain property ~
hereinafter described from the lien and operation of the Mortgage;
: NOi1, THEREFORL, Hortgagee, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknoWledged, does remise, release and discharge from the lien
and operation of the Mortgage unto tiortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the property encumbered thereby more particularly described
as follovs:
