Plaintiff is additionally entitled to recover interest on the total of the above specified sums at the statutory rate of 12$ per annum from the date hereof until paid. 6) That by virtue of the mortgage described in the Complaint, the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the said mortgaged property situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and particularly described as follows: Lot 10 and the NE 1/2 of Lot 11, Block 50, BILTMORE a PARR SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 52, Public Rec~rds of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ 7) That if the total of the above specified sums, together ~ with interest thereon at the rate prescribed, and all costs of ~ ~ this action accruing subsequent to this Judgment are not paid, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale to . the highest bidder for cash, free, clear and discharged of and from any and all claims, liens, encumbrances, rights and equity > and interest of all Defendants herein, which sale shall be heZd by the Clerk of this Court on ~ , the day of ! , 19~, at 11:00 o'clock .m., at the door of € eSt. Lu ie County Courthouse, in Ft.
