Plaintiff on account of principal and interest on said note and

its costs of this action to date which amount to

interest on the total of the above specified sums at the
statutory rate of 12$ per annum from the date hereof until paid.
6) That by virtue of the mortgage described in the
Complaint, the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the said
mortgaged property situated, lying and being in the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, and particularly described as follows:
Lot 10 and the NE 1/2 of Lot 11, Block 50, BILTMORE
a PARR SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 52, Public Rec~rds of St.
Lucie County, Florida. ~
7) That if the total of the above specified sums, together
~ with interest thereon at the rate prescribed, and all costs of

~ this action accruing subsequent to this Judgment are not paid,
the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale to

the highest bidder for cash, free, clear and discharged of and
from any and all claims, liens, encumbrances, rights and equity
> and interest of all Defendants herein, which sale shall be heZd
by the Clerk of this Court on ~ , the day of

8) Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this

Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property of the sale. If
the Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit the
Plaintiff's bid against the total of the sums due the Plaintiff
