9) Upon receipt of the purchase price at said sale, the
Clerk shall issue a Gertificate of Sale, and if no objection to
said sale shall be filed within the time required by laW, said
Clerk shall issue his Certificate of Title and Certificate of
Disburseme~ts, and he shall disburse and apply the proceeds of
the sale in the folloNing manner:
A. eis fees~ allowances, commission and expensesf
B. Fees and costs of the Officers of this Court and the
Plaintiff in this suit=
C. The attorneys' fees of the Plainti~f herein, for
their servic~s inregard to the foreclosure of said mortgage,
which sum was specified previously herein.
D. The sum specified previously herein which was found
~ to be due and owing to the Plaintiff on accouat of the principal,
interest and other charges upon said note and mortgage payable by
the said Defendants, JOHN F. GASTON and JACQUELINS 80LLAND, under

~ the mortgage herein sued upon, plus interest at the prescribed
~
~ rate from the date of this Judgment to the date of sale, all of
~
~ which shall be payable to the Plaintiff herein.

~ E. The remaining sum, if any there be, shall be
~ deposited in the registry of this Court by the Clerk and ther~ to
remain until dusbursement in accordance ~ith further Order of

~ 10) Upon the issuance and filing of the Certificate of Title
