in Support of such Complaint, the Court having noted that due and legal service ,
of process has been had upon Patrick J. Connelly and Rita A. Connelly, his wife, t~

each af the Defendants herein; that a default has been entered herein against
said Defendants; and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon a

1. That due and legal service of process hae been had upon the Defen- ~
dants, PATRICR J. CONNELLY and RITA A. CONNELLY, his wife; that this Court has `
~urisdiction of the sub3ect matter of this cause and the partiea liereto; that
the allegations contained in the Camplaint have been proved by competent i'
