The above itemized sums are now due and owing to the Plaintiff and in addition
such further sums as maq be paid by the Plaintiff for Court costs, plus interest
at taelve per cent (12x) per annum from the date of this Final Judgment of
Foreclosure until paid, and any further sums paid in connection with this suit.
5. The Plaintiff has a lien to secure the paqment of the above itemized ;
sums against the following described propertq in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 2, DREAMI.AND PARR SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 7, Page 38, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The lien of Plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior to all rights, claims, t
liens, interests, encumbrances and equities of the Defendants and all persons,
firms or corporations claiming by, through or under the Defendants or either of
them and the property ~rill be sold free and clear of any claims of the Defen-

; 6. That unless the Defendants, or either of them, shall pay the Plaintiff

E or its attorneys the sums specified in Paragraph 4, and any other costs of this

~ highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the front door of the St.
~ Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free, clear and discharged of any

Defendants, and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through or under
