This action came on before the Court on Mot:}tin for ,t

Summar~ Judgment by Plaintiff. Having re~~i~wed the record in
this cause, heard the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise
duly advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff, INA N. REED, is due $50,000.00 as principal,
$42,965.75 as interest to date of this Judgment, $50.00 for title
search expenses, $3,500.00 for attorneys' fees with $67.50 for
Court costs now taxed under the note mortgage sued on in this action
making a total sum of $96,583.25, that shall bear interest at the
rate of 12$ a year.
2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of Defendants, C. SHELBY DALE, in~lividually and
as trustee, and GRACE C. DALE, on the following described property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
See attached ExhiDit "A".
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate described
< in Paragraph 1 and all costs accrued subsequent to this Judgment

are not paid, the Clerk of this Court shall set the property at ~
