FINAL JODGt~NT
THIS CAUSE havinq come before this court upon the Petitioner's
Motion for child support and Modification of Final Judgment this 17th
day of July, 1985, and the court having heard the testimony of the
parties and the argum~nt of counsel, and having reviewed the evidence
~ presented to this court, and the court having jurisdiction of the
subject matter and of the parties hereto, it is, ther~fore
ADJODGBD:
1. that there has occurred a substantial change of circumstances
since the original Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriaqe was entered
~
F in December, 1982, and
2. That child support cannot be waived by either respective
~
parent of the child, and

` 3. that the child of the parties has incurred substantial medical
4 expenses as a result of both illness and accident, that in respect
thereto, the Respondent is and shall be responsible for one-half of all
~

~ reasonable and necessary medical expenses incurred by the Petitioner on
s
~
~ behalf of and for the benefit of the minor child of the parties which
~
~ have been incurred subsequent to the filinq of the Motion for Child
~
~ Support on February 25, 1985, and
~ 4. that each party shall bear their own costs and and attorneys
fees, and
5. that the court retains jurisdiction of this matter for the entry
of such further_ order as may be neccessary and proper.
