FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 31st day of December, 1985,
a~d the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissalved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JONATHAN
I.
SIMMONS and PATTIE RAY SIMMONS be and same is hereby dissolved,
; and the parties and each of them are herehy forever freed from
.
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
