FINAL JIIDGKSNT OF DISSOLUTION OF !lARRIAGE
THIS CAOSS having come before this court upon the petition of
KAREN HUNTER, for Dissolution of the Bond of Matrimony from RICHARD T.
HUNTER, and both parties hereto being represented by counsel, and the
court finding that it has jurisdiction of both the subject matter and
the parties to this action, and the court havinq taken testimony from
the petitioner, and the court finding that the parties hereto have
stipulated to the entry of this Final Judqment and that the issues
represented by the pleadings have been resolved between the parties
in accordance with the mandates contained hereinbelow, and the court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJQDG$D:
l. That the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between KAREN
HUNTER, as Wife, and RICHARD T. HUNTER, as husband, are hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
! from the bonds of matrimony existing between them and from the
~ obligations arising therefrom.
f 2. The wife shall be res onsible for and
c p pay the outstanding debt
~
; to Southeast Bank, for which she shall retain the te~evision set and
~
the Sears Video Recorder.

j 3. The Husband shall be responsible for and pay the outstanding
debt owing to Gold Coast Federal Credit Union, and shall hold the wife
harmless therefrom.
4. The husband shall be entitled to retain the Curtis Mathis Stereo
and his camera equipment.
5. No other personal property remains to be divided.

` 6. This court retains jurisdiction of the parties and this action
for the entry of such further orders as may be necessary for the
