~ THIS AGRESMBNT, made this day of 1985,

g by and between TERESA ANN JUSTICE, hereinafter referred to as

~ the Wife, and.JOSEPB W. JUSTICS, JR., hereinafter referred to as
the Ausband,
W I T N B S S E T 8:
WHERSAS, the parties hereto have lived together as

, Husband and Wife, having been married to each other in
Pike ville, RT, on or about June 24th, 1984, and,
WBERSAS, differences have arisen between the parties such
that their marriage is irretrievably broken; and
WAEREAS, the parties desire to settle and adjust forever
all rights of alimony, property rights, and all other rights
arising out of the relationstiip of the parties; and
~ WHEREAS, the Husband and Wife agree between them on a full
~
~ property settlement which shall obtain and be binding upon both
` parties hereto, their respective heirs, executors, admi.nistra-
€
tors and assigns, and likewise, in the event of the death of the
~ Husband and Wife; and
; WHBREAS, the Ausband and Wife respectfully represent and
warrant to each other that each has carefully read and under-
stands this entire Stipulation and Agreement, is fully cognizant

of the terms hereof and a12 matters affected by this Stipulation
and Agreement, is being representeci by counsel of her or his own
selection, and that all of the provisions hereof are for the
best interests of the parties hereto, and have been mutually
` agreed ugon between them without any coercion, duress or undue
i influence on the part of either of the parties as against the

, other party hereto, and upon full disclosure of all properties
owned by each or both of ~he parties hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
mutual covenants and promises herein contained, and other
good and valuable considerations, the parties hereto hereby
' covenant, promise and agree to and with each other in the
