THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 31st day of December, 1985,
and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit; and that the marriage between the
~ parties is irretrieveably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISS~LUTIOAi OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD
McDONALD , Husband, and MARTINA McDONAi.D, Wife, be and the same is
~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
'4 freed form the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. PROPERTY. There are no issues as to property, whether real
; or personal, existing between the parties.

; 3. RESTOR.ATION OF NAME. MARTINA McDONALD, be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of MATINA FRANKLIN and to use the
same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
