THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 31st~day of December, 1985,

and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and

the subject matter of the suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
~ now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the 7
~ parties is irretrieveably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-

~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ALEXANDER

~ VOJZIK, Husband and JOSEPHINE VOJZIK, Wife, be and the same is hereby

~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
t
E from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
F
~ the obligations arising therefrom. ,

f 2. PROPERTY. The parties have mutually agreed that the Husband
~
~ will transfer to the Wife, as her personal property, a set of china
~ which was owned by the Wife, prior to the marriage between the parties,

and the Wife will transfer to the Husband, as his personal property, a
~
~ picture belonging to the Husband, an American Telephone and Telegraph
t
~ credit card and a J.C. Penny's credit card.

~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. JOSEPHINE VOJZIK, be and she is hereby
t
~ authorized to assume her former name of JOSEPHINE DIMETRO and to use
the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
