ORDER OF CONTEMPT
IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA:
TP: ALL AND SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA
GREETING:
DENA R. BABINEAU is hereby adjudged to be in contempt of
this Court for her willful failure to allow her former husband,
LAVAIN BABINEAU, to visit with the parties' minor child as~
directed by Order duly entered herein.
As punishment for contempt, she is hereby sentenced to
serve ~en (10) days in the St. Lucie County Jail, with credit
for time served under the Court's Order of December 18, 1985.
This sentence is to be served pursuant to the sentence previously
entered against the wife on November 1985, which had pre-
viously been suspended pendinq the wife's allowing the husband ~

to have visitation rights which she has now refused to so. You
and your duly authorized deputies are therefore
f ORDERED to arrest the said DENA R. BABINEAU and deliver

° her to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execu-

k tion of the above-described judgment and sentence. This Court
shall be rom tl notified af her arrest. .

~ ORDERED that the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, shall forth-
~ with pick up the minor child, DENA MARIE SMITH, from whomever
f
may have custody of her and deliver the said minor child to
SIMONNE BABINEAU. In order to minimize the trauma of this pick-
up, the Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall attempt to have SIMONNE
BABINEAU accompany the afficers while said officers are executing
' this Order.
