forth herein, the Coutt finds and determines: This Court has ~

jurisdiction of the parties and the sub~ect matter of this suit;
that the relationship of Husband and W~fe now exists between the
parties= and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved; It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between LOUISE WARD,
Wife~ and CHARLES E. WARD, Husband, be and the same is herebq
' dissolved and the parties and each of them are herebq forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~
