Range 39 E., run South along the E. line of said Sec. 9, a distance of 1160
ft., thence run west parallel with said S. right-of-way line Section 9 a
distance of 360 ft. to the Poiat of Beg.; From said Pt. of Beg. continue
west, parallel to the said south line of State Rd. No. 68, 299.4 ft. to the
east right-of-way line of a 15 ft. private road, thence run south, parallel
to E. boundary line of seid Sec. 9, 460 ft., thence run east, parallel to
the south baundary line of said State Road 68, 299.4 ft., thence rua north,
parallel to the E. line of said Sec. 9, to the Point of Beglnning; same being
otherwise described as Lots 20, 22 and 24 of an unrecorded plat of i~Test Fort
Pierce Estates.
