EVA SEITZ; a resident of Dade County, Florida,

b$~nq of ~ou~d and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make,
p~ish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, here-
with revoking any and all Wills and codicils by me heretofore made.
I.
I direct my Executor or substitute Executrix, as the
case may be, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
~oon after my death as may be practicable.
II. .
I bequeath all of my jewelry, clothing and other purely
personal effects, as well as all household goods, furnishings and
furniture which I may own to my husband, THOMAS SEITZ, if he should
survive me.
III.
In the event~my husband predeceases me, or in the event~
he does not survive me by thirty (30) days, or in the event we
both die in a common disaster, I bequeath all of my jewelry,
clothing and other purely personal effects as well as all household
goods, furnishings and furniture which I may own to my daughter,
ONEDA KANSMAN.
IV .
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
