I herewith authorize my Executor and substitute ~

Fxecutrix to continue any form of investment which I may possess
at the time of my death, in the same form, for so long he or
she may deem it necessary or expedient, and I expressly authorize
him or her to sell any real property which I may possess at the
time of my death, or to continue any business in which I may be
engaged, whether alone or in partnership, for so long as he or
she may deem it for the best interest of my estate, and in no event
shall he or she be held responsible or accountable for any loss
which may be sustained by my estate by reason of any error of
judgment or by reason~of holding Qr sellinq.such form or forms
of investment.
VII.
I herewith nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved
husbar.d, THOMAS SEITZ, to be the Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament, and my daughter, OhEDA KANSMAN, to be substitute
Execut=ix of this my Last Will and Testament, and direct that
neither shall be required to furnish any bond or undertaking to
qualify or act as such in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have subscribed my naine and set
my seal to this my Last Will and Testament, consisting of two (2)
