acknowledqes receipt and examination of the aforeBaid documents
and acknowledqes that each and every provision thereof is
essential to the successful operation and manaqement of the
Condominiwa, and is in the interest and for the benefit of all of
~the Unit O~ners of the Condominium. Grantee covenants and agrees
to abide by each and every pr~viBion of the afores~id Declaration
of Car~domiaium and Declaration of Covenants and ReBtrictions, as
the same may be laWfL?ty amended from time to tiwe, and the
exhibits attached thezeto;.includinq, but~not_limited to, t3ie
obliqation to make payinent of assessm~nts for the maintenance and
operation of the Condominium, which may be levied aqainst the
Unit, as set ~forth in the DecZaration of Condominium, and the
obZiqation to maka payment af assessments for the maintenance and
operation of the Common Property and Master Association Property
in Harbour Ridge (as same are defined in the Aeclaration of
Covenants and Restrictions) which may be levied against the Uni~
as set forth in the Declaration of Covenants arid Restrictions.
Grantee acknowledqes and agrees that Grantee shall be deemed to be
the Unit O~ner, as rlefined in the D~claration of Condominium, and
shall have the riqht to assiqn, convey and transfer or encumber
his Unit o:.~y in accordance i,rith tY~e Declaration of Condominium '

and the Declaration of Covenar.ts and Restrictions.
