FINAL JUDGMENT.
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial January 8, 1986 and the Court
having qiven full consideration to all th~ evidence, finds and
determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit; that the relatian ~f husbanc3 _
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievahly broken and should be
. dissolved. It i~ thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLOTION OF 1~ARRIAGE. The marriage between
JOHN W. WAEELER and MARIE WHEELER be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofor~ existing between
~
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CDSTODY AND SHARSD PARSNTAL RESPONSIBILITY. The

primary residential custody of the minor child, MEAGAN WHEELER,
born September 8, 1980, is granted to the Husband, granting
unto the Wife reasonable rights of visitation and shared parental
responsibility, The shared parental responsibility shall include,
_ but not be limited to, the minor chi2d's social, medical and
general welfare, religious participation, education and all
other items with reference to the responsibility of. parents.
The parties shall use all reasonable efforts
to maintain free access in order ta create a feeling of affection
