between the child and each of the par*_ies. Neither of the parties
shall do anything to hamper the child's love and respect for
the other party. Each party shall notify the other promptly
of any serious illness or accid~ent befalling the minor child
while in his or her custody. To that end, each of the parties
shall at all times keep the other party fully informed of his
or her residence and employment addresses, and home and employment
telephone numbers.
3. VISITATION. The Wife shall have reasonable
visitation rights with the minor child which shall include,
but not be limited to, the visitation arrangements as set out
in the schedule attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof .
4. INSURANC$. As a contribution toward the support
of the minor child, the Wife shall continue to maintain and
keep in force the dental insurance coverage on the minor child
now carried with American Dental Plan, and the medical and
hospitalization insurance coverage on the minor child above
named with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and shall furnish a card or
other proof of such coverage to the Husband. The Wife shall
likewise make the minor child above named the irrevocable
beneficiary of the insurance policy now carried on the Iife
of the Wife in the face amount of $37,000, through her empl.oyer,
with Money Mutual of New York.
5. PAOPBRTY.
~a) Within fifteen days from the date hereof,
the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One Thousand
($I,000.00) Do113rs in full an~ complete satisfaction of any
claim the Wife may have in and to the real property and dwelling
located at 2308 Georgia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida together
with all personal property located therein.
