THIS CAUSB aas heard oa Januarv 17 , 198 6, and upon the Kotion for
Enforcenent and Cont~pt filad herein bq the Petitioner. and the Respondent having been
present in open Court in persoa, and the Petitioner having been present in open Court
in person and represantad by counsel. and the Court having heard al~ the testiaony of
the gartiea, the Court fiads that th= Respondent had and has had the ability to cosply
~+ith the Order of this Court and failed to do so and the Caurt being othenriee fully
and vall advieed in the preaisas, it is therefore
: ADJUDGED that the Reapondent, WALTER LEE JOHNSON , is guilty of
villful conteapt of this Court for faflure to co~ly vit the avful orders of this
Court concerning cbild support paysente in the asount of $ 460.00 . a~wunt due as of
Januarv 17 , 1985 , and he is ad~udged in conteapt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishsent for hie contempt the Respondent ahall
be confined in the St. Lucle County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30
daps, that the sentence of conteapt is auspended uatil March 17 , 198~ ,
conditioaed opon the ~espondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court o t is county
on
or before March 17 , 19 86 , the su~ of $ 230.00** . pluB statutory fee, until
_ the above arrearage aaount is ~ly paid. Upan a~ure of the Bespondent to make
paq~ent in full of the aforesaid aaount, the Petitioner shall file vith the Clerk of

The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be pro~tly aotified of his arrest. It

ORDEREQ AND ADJUDGBD that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and is hereby
ordered to fo~vard said arresrage papments recei~ed fraa the Reapondent until the above
arrearage is paid in full to the Departsent of flealth and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcesent Section. 1317 Winewood Boul~vard, Tallahassee, Florida,
32304. Tfia above arrearage pay~ent ahall be in addition to the current eupport
hereinbefore ordered bq this Court snd said current pay~eat shall continue. Said
- current support paysent shall be sent bq the Clerk of Circuit Court to the Department
of Health and Reahbilitative Services unless a notice has been or is filed bq the
Depart~eat of Health and Rehabilitative Services directing said paq~ent to the
