ORDER
This matter coming on on various motione filed by Equitable, argument of
counsel being heard, upon consideration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The motion to reconsider the order of consolidation is granted. Upon
reconsideration, the wotion for consolidation is granted.
2. The consolidated cases are ordered set for trial as [he next numbered
case on the eaisting docket. Al1 counsel are responsible for complying with
time provisions relative to scheduling cas~s for trial so that this matter will
be properly before the Court on the date of the trial.
3. The depositore, who have not already filed whatever pleadings are
deemed appropriate by the depositors, shall have twenty (20) days in which to
file appropriate pleadings. Service may be had on any of the parties by service :
