~ in the above-captioned case. Additionally, Plaintiffs consent to the

~ discharge of that Receiver heretofore appointed and move that this Court

~ enter its Order discharging said Receiver, relieving him of any and all

~ obligations heretofore required of said Receiver and release any band
and disch arge any surety upon the e.

This matter having come on upon the above Motion to Discharge
Receiver and the Court having considered the same it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Said Receiver be and the same is hereby discharged as Receiver
and relieved of all obligations heretofore set forth in the pleadings to
this cause.
2. Said Receiver is excused from any requirement to file any
further accountings or documents.
3. Any bond heretofore filed is released and any surety upon said
bond is discharged.
